What to Expect on Sundays

As we pursue our mission to transform family trees with the Gospel, we believe a church experience should be energetic, meaningful, and life-giving for the whole family. You can expect to be welcomed into a friendly, casual environment by people who are genuinely excited to see you. So come in, grab a free cup of coffee, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is home for you.

  • When you arrive you may park anywhere in the lot, and feel free to utilize the carport to drop off anyone who needs assistance or simply wants to stay dry! If it happens to be an unusually busy day, the grassy area south of the parking lot is also available (weather permitting), and our Parking Team will be available to assist you if needed.

We know it can feel a little awkward when you visit somewhere for the first time, so our Connections Team is dedicated to making sure you feel right at home. If we don't approach you first, look for anyone with a Fieldstone lanyard & name badge. They will answer any questions you have and point you in the right direction.

We serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water at our Cafe area. Everything is free, the coffee draws great reviews, and our Cafe volunteers are by far the nicest people in the building! Snag a beverage, take a few minutes to connect with a friend, and head for a seat in the Auditorium.

  • As you enter the Auditorium, pretty much any chair that isn't taken is available to you. There'll be rows of seats, but also some high top tables & chairs if you prefer a more casual spot. And if you really want to, feel free to watch from the Lobby where you'll easily be able to see & hear the service.

Once you're settled in, the service itself will be similar to what you might experience at a lot of churches. Our services last about an hour, are filled with high-energy, contemporary worship music, and you’ll hear an engaging Talk from the Bible. If you're joining us for the first time, we won't embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you for money. We know you might want to be "anonymous” for a while and that’s totally fine with us. But don't be surprised if, during your time with us, you feel inspired to take a next step in your faith. That's what the singing and the preaching are all about!

If you're newer to Fieldstone, we'd love to meet you! We will have volunteers from our Connection Team available to greet you as you arrive, but please feel free to introduce yourself and let us know if you have any questions. Snag a Connection Card from the Info Center in the Lobby to let us know if you have questions or how we can serve your family. You can also check out fieldstonechurch.org/Welcome to see some of the basics of what Fieldstone is like.

  • We want church to be a place where your entire family is encouraged to draw closer to Christ—your kids included! During our Sunday morning services we offer safe, fun and engaging environments where kids (Infants through 5th grade) can learn and grow in faith. Our biggest goal in Fieldstone Kids? Build relationships with children that will point them to Jesus!

In the Lobby you'll see the Kids Check-In table where someone from our team will welcome you, request some basic contact information, and make sure you know the ins & outs of Fieldstone Kids. Once you've visited once, you'll be able to use the self-check in computers whenever you come back.

Our available rooms & age-groups are still evolving as we grow, but here is what we currently offer during our two Sunday services:

    9:15 service -- Nursery, Preschool, Elementary (K-5th)

    11:00 service -- Nursery, Preschool, Elementary (K-5th)

We believe Fieldstone Kids is a great spot, but we also know some kids (especially guests) just aren't ready to jump in. Kids of all ages are always welcomed in the Auditorium with you and there is endless grace for any wiggles, giggles, and random baby noises!

As our ministry grows we are always working hard to expand our volunteer team so we can offer the best environments possible for our kids. As you get more connected here, we'd love to schedule you for a "Test Drive" in our Fieldstone Kids ministry. Shoot us an email at kids@fieldstonechurch.org and we'd love to talk with you about what it looks like to serve in this extremely vital area of our church.

  • After visiting Fieldstone, if you're interested in learning more or getting more involved, your first next step is to attend Fieldstone 101 (FS101). This is a 30 minute "class" that is offered at least once a month where you can ask questions about our church and hear the basics of who we are, where we've been, where we're going, what we believe, etc.

Click the NextSteps link at the top of this page to see more about FS101, including upcoming dates.
